-never place hot objects such as mugs, pizza boxes, electronics etc directly onto the surface of your furniture. This can case damage to the finish and over a period of time may cause the wood to shrink and/or crack
-avoid placing your furniture next to a heat or air conditioning vent
-clean up spills as soon as possible
-exposing your furniture to direct sunlight may cause fading over time
When dusting your furniture we recommend using a soft cloth, lightly dampened. Many polishes contain silicone, wax and other ingredients which over time may cause damage to your furniture however for occasional polishing we recommend using Guardsman products
